Dr. Fatih Erdem Baştan gave a talk in the Joint KMM-VIN / ViCEM / ESB cross-disciplinary workshop on "Biomedical and bioinspired materials and structures: a cross-disciplinary approach "organized in Vienna, Austria on 22-23 September 2022, in which numerous researchers and professors working on various disciplines were attended. Dr. Baştan made a presentation entitled "Electrophoretic deposition of bioinspired nacre-like chitosan/hydroxyapatite coating (co-authored with Prof. Boccaccini)," including the progress of his postdoctoral project granted by TÜBİTAK. We want to thank Prof. Boccaccini for funding my participation in the workshop. I also acknowledge TUBITAK for the postdoc project.
